3: and when he seesH7200 -H0853 the swordH2719 comingH0935 uponH5921 the land,H0776 and if he blowsH8628 the trumpet,H7782 and warnsH2094 -H0853 the people-H5971
4: then hearsH8085 whoeverH8085 -H0853 the soundH6963 of the trumpet,H7782 and notH3808 does take warning-H2094 and if comes,H0935 the swordH2719 and takes him away,H3947 his bloodH1818 on his [own] headH7218 shall be.H1961
5: -H0853 The soundH6963 of the trumpet,H7782 He heardH8085 but notH3808 did take warning-H2094 his bloodH1818 shall beH1961 but heH1931 who takes warningH2094 his lifeH5315 will save.H4422
6: But the watchmanH6822 ifH3588 seesH7200 -H0853 the swordH2719 coming,H0935 and notH3808 does blowH8628 the trumpet,H7782 and the peopleH5971 notH3808 are warned-H2094 and comes,H0935 the swordH2719 and takesH3947 from among themH1992 [any] personH5315 heH1931 in his iniquity-H5771 is taken awayH3947 but his bloodH1818 at hand.H3027 Of the watchmanH6822 I will require.H1875
7: So you,H0859 sonH1121 of man,H0120 a watchmanH6822 I have made youH5414 for the houseH1004 of Israel-H3478 and therefore you shall hearH8085 from My mouth,H6310 a wordH1697 and warnH2094 themH0853 for Me,H4480
8: when I sayH0559 to the wicked,H7563 wicked [man]H7563 surely-H4191 you shall die-H4191 and notH3808 you do speakH1696 to warnH2094 the wickedH7563 from his way,H1870 thatH1931 wicked [man]H7563 in his iniquity-H5771 shall dieH4191 but his bloodH1818 at your handH3027 I will require.H1245

12: and therefore youH0859 sonH1121 of man,H0120 sayH0559 toH0413 the sonsH1121 of your people,H5971 the righteousnessH6666 of the righteous manH6662 notH3808 shall deliver himH5337 in the dayH3117 of his transgression,H6588 and as for the wickednessH7564 of the wicked,H7563 notH3808 he shall fallH3782 in the dayH3117 that he turnsH7725 from his wickedness-H7562 and the righteousH6662 norH3808 shall be ableH3201 to liveH2421 in the dayH3117 that he sins.H2398
13: When I sayH0559 to the righteous,H6662 [that] surelyH2421 he shall live-H2421 but heH1931 trustsH0982 inH5921 his own righteousness,H6666 and commitsH6213 iniquity,H5766 allH3605 of his righteous worksH6666 noneH3808 shall be remembered-H2142 but because of the iniquityH5766 thatH0834 has committed,H6213 he shall die.H4191
14: And Again when I sayH0559 to the wicked,H7563 surelyH4191 You shall dieH4191 and if he turnsH7725 from his sin,H2403 and doesH6213 what is lawfulH4941 and right-H6666
15: the pledge,H2258 [if] restoresH7725 the wickedH7563 what he has stolen,H1500 gives backH7999 in the statutesH2708 of life,H2416 and walksH1980 withoutH1115 committingH6213 iniquity-H5766 surelyH2421 he shall live,H2421 notH3808 he shall die.H4191
16: AllH3605 of his sinsH2403 whichH0834 he has committedH2398 noneH3808 shall be rememberedH2142 what is lawfulH4941 and right-H6666 he has doneH6213 surelyH2421 he shall live.H2421
17: And yet say,H0559 the sonsH1121 of your peopleH5971 notH3808 is fair-H8505 the wayH1870 of YahwehH0136 but are,H1992 their waysH1870 notH3808 fair.H8505
18: When turnsH7725 the righteousH6662 from his righteousness,H6666 and commitsH6213 iniquity,H5766 and he shall dieH4191
19: But when turnsH7725 the wickedH7563 from his wickedness,H7564 and doesH6213 what is lawfulH4941 and right,H6666 because of itH5921 heH1931 shall live.H2421

25: ThereforeH3651 sayH0559 to themH0413 thusH3541 saysH0559 the LordH0136 GODH3068 withH5921 blood,H1818 You eat [meat]H0398 and your eyesH5869 you lift upH5375 towardH0413 your idols,H1544 and blood.H1818 ShedH8210 then the landH0776 Should you possess?H3423
26: You relyH5975 onH5921 your sword,H2719 you commitH6213 abominations,H8441 and oneH0376 -H0853 wives.H0802 Another'sH7453 you defileH2930 then the land?H0776 Should you possess.H3423
27: ThusH3541 SayH0559 to themH0413 thusH3541 saysH0559 the LordH0136 GOD-H3069 live,H2416 [As] IH0589 surelyH0518 notH3808 those who [are]H0834 in the ruinsH2723 by the sword,H2719 shall fallH5307 and one who [is]H0834 inH5921 openH6440 the fieldH7704 to the beastsH2416 I will giveH5414 to be devoured,H0398 and those who [are]H0834 in the strongholdsH4686 and the cavesH4631 of the pestilenceH1698 shall die.H4191
28: And for I will makeH5414 -H0853 the landH0776 desolateH8077 and most,H4923 and shall cease-H7673 arrogantH1347 her strengthH5797 and shall be so desolate,H8074 the mountainsH2022 of IsraelH3478 that no oneH0369 will pass through.H5674
29: And they shall knowH3045 thatH3588 I [am]H0589 Yahweh,H3068 when I have madeH5414 -H0853 the landH0776 desolateH8077 and mostH4923 becauseH5921 of allH3605 their abominationsH8441 whichH0834 they have committed.H6213
30: And as for youH0859 sonH1121 of man,H0120 the sonsH1121 of your peopleH5971 are talkingH1696 besideH0681 the wallsH7023 and in the doorsH6607 of the houses,H1004 and they speakH1696 oneH2297 toH0853 one,H0259 a manH0376 toH0854 his brother,H0251 saying,H0559 come,H0935 please,H4994 and hearH8085 what [is]H4100 the wordH1697 that comesH3318 fromH0853 Yahweh.H3068
31: So they comeH0935 to youH0413 as do,H3996 peopleH5971 and they sitH3427 before youH6440 [as] My people,H5971 and they hearH8085 -H0853 your words,H1697 but themH0853 do notH3808 they doH6213 forH3588 much love,H5690 with their mouthH6310 theyH1992 showH6213 afterH0310 their [own] gainH1215 their heartsH3820 [but] pursue.H1980
32: And indeed you [are]H2005 as a songH7892 of very lovelyH5690 one who has a pleasantH3303 voice,H6963 and can play well onH2895 an instrument-H5059 and for they hearH8085 -H0853 your words,H1697 but they doH6213 do notH0369 them.H0853
33: And when this comes to pass,H0935 surely,H2009 it will comeH0935 then they will knowH3045 thatH3588 a prophetH5030 has beenH1961 among them.H8432
