Ezekiel 29

1: In year,_H8141 the tenth_H6224 in the tenth [month]_H6224 on the two_H8147 [and] ten [day]_H6240 of the month,_H2320 came_H1961 the word_H1697 of Yahweh_H3068 to me_H0413 saying,_H0559

2: Son_H1121 of man,_H0120 set_H7760 your face_H6440 against_H5921 Pharaoh_H6547 king_H4428 of Egypt,_H4714 and prophesy_H5012 against him_H5921 and against_H5921 Egypt_H4714 all._H3605

3: Speak,_H1696 and say,_H0559 thus_H3541 says_H0559 the Lord_H0136 GOD-_H3069 behold I [am]_H2005 against you_H5921 Pharaoh_H6547 king_H4428 of Egypt,_H4714 monster_H8577 great_H1419 who lies_H7257 in the midst_H8432 of his rivers,_H2975 who_H0834 has said,_H0559 My River [is]_H2975 and I_H0589 have made [it] for myself._H6213

4: But I will put_H5414 hooks_H2397 in your jaws,_H3895 and cause to stick_H1692 the fish_H1710 of your rivers_H2975 to your scales,_H7193 and I will bring you up_H5927 out of the midst_H8432 of your rivers,_H2975 and_H0853 all_H3605 the fish in_H1710 your rivers_H2975 to your scales_H7193 will stick._H1692

5: And I will leave you_H5203 in the wilderness,_H4057 You_H0853 and_H0853 all_H3605 the fish_H1710 of your rivers-_H2975 on_H5921 open_H6440 the field-_H7704 You shall fall_H5307 not_H3808 You shall be picked up,_H0622 or_H3808 gathered._H6908 To the beasts_H2416 of the field_H0776 and to the birds_H5775 of the heavens_H8064 I have given you_H5414 as food._H0402

6: And shall know_H3045 all_H3605 the inhabitants_H3427 of Egypt_H4714 that_H3588 I [am]_H0589 Yahweh,_H3068 because_H3282 they have been_H1961 a staff_H4938 of reed_H7070 to the house_H1004 of Israel._H3478

7: When they took hold_H8610 with the hand,_H3709 You broke,_H7533 and tore_H1234 all_H3605 shoulders-_H3802 and when they leaned_H8172 on you_H5921 You broke,_H7665 and made quiver._H5976 all_H3605 backs._H4975

8: Therefore_H3651 thus_H3541 says_H0559 the Lord_H0136 GOD-_H3069 surely I_H2005 will bring_H0935 upon you_H5921 a sword_H2719 and cut off_H3772 from you_H4480 man_H0120 and beast._H0929

9: And shall become_H1961 the land_H0776 of Egypt_H4714 desolate_H8077 and waste-_H2723 then they will know_H3045 that_H3588 I [am]_H0589 Yahweh._H3068 Because_H3282 he said,_H0559 the Nile [is]_H2975 and I_H0589 have made [it]._H6213

10: Therefore_H3651 indeed I [am]_H2005 against you_H0413 and against_H0413 your rivers,_H2975 and I will make_H5414 -_H0853 the land_H0776 of Egypt_H4714 waste_H2723 utterly_H2721 and desolate,_H8077 from Migdol_H4024 [to] Syene_H5482 and as far as_H5704 the border_H1366 of Ethiopia._H3568

11: Neither_H3808 shall pass_H5674 foot_H7272 of man_H0120 and foot_H7272 of beast_H0929 nor_H3808 pass_H5674 and_H3808 it shall be uninhabited_H3427 forty_H0705 years._H8141

12: And I will make_H5414 -_H0853 the land_H0776 of Egypt_H4714 desolate_H8077 in the midst_H8432 of the countries_H0776 [that] [are] desolate,_H8074 and her cities_H5892 among_H8432 the cities_H5892 [that] [are] laid waste_H2717 shall be_H1961 desolate_H8077 forty_H0705 years-_H8141 and I will scatter_H6327 -_H0853 Egypt_H4714 among the nations,_H1471 and disperse them_H2219 throughout the countries._H0776

13: Yet_H3588 thus_H3541 says_H0559 the Lord_H0136 GOD-_H3069 at the end_H7093 of forty_H0705 years_H8141 I will gather_H6908 -_H0853 Egypt_H4714 from_H4480 the peoples_H5971 among whom_H0834 they were scattered_H6327 there._H8033

14: And I will bring back_H7725 -_H0853 the captives_H7622 of Egypt,_H4714 and cause to return_H7725 them_H0853 to the land_H0776 of Pathros,_H6624 to_H5921 the land_H0776 of their origin-_H4351 and they shall be_H1961 there_H8033 a kingdom_H4467 lowly._H8217

15: Of_H4480 the kingdoms-_H4467 it shall be_H1961 the lowliest_H8217 and never_H3808 it shall exalt itself_H5375 again_H5750 above_H5921 the nations._H1471 And for I will diminish them_H4591 so that they will not_H1115 rule anymore_H7287 over nations._H1471

16: And No_H3808 shall it be_H1961 longer_H5750 of the house_H1004 of Israel,_H3478 the confidence_H4009 but will remind them_H2142 of [their] iniquity,_H5771 when they turned_H6437 to follow them_H0310 and they shall know_H3045 that_H3588 I [am]_H0589 the Lord_H0136 GOD._H3068

17: And it came to pass_H1961 in twenty_H6242 and seven_H7651 the year,_H8141 in the first [month]_H7223 on the first [day]_H0259 of the month,_H2320 that came_H1961 the word_H1697 of Yahweh_H3068 to me_H0413 saying,_H0559

18: Son_H1121 of man,_H0120 Nebuchadnezzar_H5019 king_H4428 of Babylon_H0894 caused to labor_H5647 -_H0853 his army_H2428 strenuously_H5656 great_H1419 against_H0413 Tyre-_H6865 every_H3605 head_H7218 [was] made bald,_H7139 and every_H3605 shoulder_H3802 rubbed raw-_H4803 and yet wages,_H7939 neither_H3808 received_H1961 and nor his army,_H2428 from Tyre_H6865 for_H5921 the labor_H5656 which_H0834 they expended_H5647 on it._H5921

19: Therefore_H3651 thus_H3541 says_H0559 the Lord_H0136 GOD-_H3069 surely I_H2005 will give_H5414 to Nebuchadnezzar_H5019 king_H4428 of Babylon-_H0894 -_H0853 the land_H0776 of Egypt_H4714 and he shall take away_H5375 her wealth,_H1995 and carry off_H7997 her spoil,_H7998 and remove_H0962 her pillage-_H0957 that will be_H1961 the wages_H7939 for his army._H2426

20: [for] his labor_H6468 with which_H0834 he served_H5647 I have given_H5414 -_H0853 the land_H0776 of Egypt_H4714 because_H0834 they worked_H6213 says_H5002 the Lord_H0136 GOD._H3069

21: In day_H3117 that_H1931 I will cause to spring forth,_H6779 the horn_H7161 of the house_H1004 of Israel_H3478 I will open_H5414 to speak_H6610 your mouth_H6310 in their midst_H8432 and they shall know_H3045 that_H3588 I [am]_H0589 Yahweh._H3068
