1: And came_H1961 the word_H1697 of Yahweh_H3068 to me_H0413 saying,_H0559

2: not_H3808 You shall take_H3947 a wife,_H0802 nor_H3808 shall you have_H1961 sons_H1121 or daughters_H1323 in place_H4725 this._H2088

3: For_H3588 thus_H3541 says_H0559 Yahweh_H3068 concerning_H5921 the sons_H1121 and_H5921 daughters_H1323 who are born_H3205 in place,_H4725 this_H2088 and concerning_H5921 their mothers_H0517 who bore_H3205 them_H0853 and_H5921 their fathers_H0001 who begat_H3205 them_H0853 in land-_H0776 this._H2063

4: Deaths-_H4463 gruesome_H8463 they shall die_H4191 not_H3808 they shall be lamented-_H5594 nor_H3808 shall they be buried-_H6912 like refuse_H1828 on_H5921 the face_H6440 of the earth-_H0127 [but] they shall be_H1961 and by the sword,_H2719 and by famine-_H7458 they shall be consumed_H3615 and shall be_H1961 their corpses_H5038 meat_H3978 for the birds_H5775 of heaven,_H8064 for the beasts_H0929 of the earth._H0776

5: For_H3588 thus_H3541 says_H0559 Yahweh,_H3068 not_H0408 do enter_H0935 the house_H1004 of mourning,_H4798 nor_H0408 go_H1980 to lament_H5594 or_H0408 bemoan_H5110 for_H3588 I have taken away_H0622 -_H0853 My peace_H7965 from_H0853 people,_H5971 this_H2088 says_H5002 Yahweh,_H3068 -_H0853 lovingkindness_H2617 and_H0853 mercies._H7356

6: And both shall die_H4191 the great_H1419 and the small_H6996 in land-_H0776 this_H2063 not_H3808 they shall be buried,_H6912 and neither_H3808 shall men lament_H5594 for them_H1992 and_H3808 cut themselves,_H1413 nor_H3808 make themselves bald_H7139 for them._H1992

7: Nor_H3808 shall [men] break [bread]_H6536 in_H5921 mourning,_H0060 to comfort them_H5162 for_H5921 the dead-_H4191 nor_H3808 to drink_H8248 shall [men] give them_H0853 the cup_H3563 of consolation_H8575 for_H5921 their father_H0001 or_H5921 their mother._H0517

8: And the house_H1004 of feasting,_H4960 not_H3808 you shall go into_H0935 to sit_H3427 with them_H0854 to eat_H0398 and drink._H8354

9: For_H3588 thus_H3541 says_H0559 Yahweh_H3068 of hosts,_H6635 the God_H0430 of Israel-_H3478 behold_H2005 I will cause to cease_H7673 from_H4480 place_H4725 this_H2088 before your eyes,_H5869 and in your days,_H3117 the voice_H6963 of mirth,_H8342 and the voice_H6963 of gladness,_H8057 the voice_H6963 of the bridegroom,_H2860 and the voice_H6963 of the bride._H3618

10: And it shall be,_H1961 when_H3588 you show_H5046 people_H5971 this_H2088 -_H0853 all_H3605 words,_H1697 these_H0428 and they say_H0559 to you_H0413 why_H5921 for what_H4100 has pronounced_H1696 Yahweh_H3068 against us_H5921 -_H0853 all_H3605 disaster_H7451 great_H1419 this_H2063 Or what [is]_H4100 our iniquity?_H5771 Or what [is]_H4100 our sin_H2403 that_H0834 we have committed_H2398 against Yahweh_H3068 our God?_H0430

11: then you shall say_H0559 to them_H0413 -_H5921 because_H0834 have forsaken_H5800 your fathers_H0001 Me_H0853 says_H5002 Yahweh,_H3068 and they have walked_H1980 after_H0310 gods,_H0430 other_H0312 and have served them_H5647 and worshiped_H7812 and Me_H0853 have forsaken_H5800 and_H0853 My law-_H8451 not_H3808 kept._H8104

12: And you_H0859 worse_H7489 have done_H6213 than your fathers-_H0001 for behold_H2005 follows_H1980 each one_H0376 after_H0310 the dictates_H8307 of his own heart,_H3820 evil_H7451 so that no one_H1115 listens_H8085 to Me._H0413

13: Therefore I will cast_H2904 you_H0853 out_H5921 of land_H0776 this_H2063 into_H5921 a land_H0776 that_H0834 not,_H3808 you do know_H3045 [neither] you_H0859 nor your fathers-_H0001 and you shall serve_H5647 there_H8033 -_H0853 gods_H0430 other_H0312 day_H3119 and night-_H3915 where_H0834 not_H3808 I will show_H5414 favor._H2594

14: Therefore,_H3651 behold,_H2009 the days_H3117 are coming,_H0935 says_H5002 Yahweh,_H3068 that no_H3808 it shall be said,_H0559 more_H5750 lives,_H2416 Yahweh_H3068 who_H0834 brought up_H5927 -_H0853 the sons_H1121 of Israel_H3478 from the land_H0776 of Egypt-_H4714

15: for_H3588 but_H0518 lives,_H2416 Yahweh_H3068 who_H0834 brought up_H5927 -_H0853 the sons_H1121 of Israel_H3478 from the land_H0776 of the north,_H6828 and from all_H3605 the lands_H0776 where_H0834 He had driven them_H5080 there_H8033 for I will bring them back_H7725 into_H5921 their land_H0127 which_H0834 I gave_H5414 to their fathers._H0001

16: Behold I_H2005 will send_H7971 for fishermen,_H1771 many_H7227 says_H5002 Yahweh,_H3068 and they shall fish them_H1770 and_H0310 afterward_H3651 I will send_H7971 for many_H7227 hunters,_H6719 and they shall hunt them_H6679 from_H5921 every_H3605 mountain,_H2022 and_H5921 every_H3605 hill,_H1389 and out of the holes_H5357 of the rocks._H5553

17: For_H3588 My eyes [are]_H5869 on_H5921 all_H3605 their ways-_H1870 not_H3808 they are hidden_H5641 from My face,_H6440 nor_H3808 is hidden_H6845 their iniquity_H5771 from_H5048 My eyes._H5869

18: And I will repay_H7999 first_H7223 double for-_H4932 their iniquity_H5771 and their sin_H2403 because_H5921 they have defiled_H2490 -_H0853 My land,_H0776 with the carcasses_H5038 of their detestable_H8251 and abominable idols._H8441 They have filled_H4390 -_H0853 My inheritance._H5159

19: Yahweh,_H3068 my strength,_H5797 and my fortress,_H4581 and My refuge_H4498 in the day_H3117 of affliction,_H6869 to You_H0413 the Gentiles_H1471 shall come_H0935 from the ends_H0657 of the earth,_H0776 and say,_H0559 surely_H0389 lies,_H8267 have inherited_H5157 our fathers_H0001 Worthlessness,_H1892 and_H0369 unprofitable [things]._H3276

20: Will make_H6213 a man_H0120 gods_H0430 and they [are]_H1992 not_H3808 gods?_H0430

21: therefore,_H3651 behold I_H2005 will cause them to know,_H3045 once_H6471 this_H2063 I will cause them to know_H3045 -_H0853 My hand_H3027 and_H0853 My might-_H1369 and they shall know_H3045 that_H3588 My name [is]_H8034 Yahweh._H3068
