1: The righteous_H6662 perishes,_H0006 and no_H0369 man_H0376 takes [it]_H7760 to_H5921 heart-_H3820 and men_H0376 Merciful_H2617 [are] taken away,_H0622 while no one_H0369 considers_H0995 that_H3588 from_H6440 evil_H7451 is taken away_H0622 the righteous._H6662

2: He shall enter_H0935 into peace-_H7965 they shall rest_H5117 in_H5921 their beds,_H4904 [Each one] walking_H1980 [in] his uprightness._H5228

3: But You_H0859 come_H7126 here,_H2008 sons_H1121 of the sorceress,_H6049 You offspring_H2233 of the adulterer_H5003 and the harlot._H2181

4: Upon_H5921 Whom_H4310 do you ridicule?_H6026 Against_H5921 whom_H4310 do you make a wide_H7337 mouth,_H6310 [And] stick out_H0748 the tongue?_H3956 [Are] not_H3808 you_H0859 children_H3206 of transgression,_H6588 Offspring_H2233 of falsehood,_H8267

5: Inflaming yourselves_H2552 with the oaks_H0410 under_H8478 every_H3605 tree,_H6086 green_H7488 Slaying_H7819 the sons_H3206 in the valleys_H5158 Under_H8478 the clefts_H5585 of the rocks?_H5553

6: Among the smooth [stones]_H2511 of the stream_H5158 [Is] your portion-_H2506 they,_H1992 [are]_H1992 your lot-_H1486 Even_H1571 to them_H1992 you have poured_H8210 a drink offering,_H5262 You have offered_H5927 a grain offering._H4503 In_H5921 these_H0428 Should I receive comfort?_H5162

7: On_H5921 a mountain_H2022 high_H1364 and high_H5375 You have set_H7760 your bed._H4904 EVEN_H1571 there_H8033 you went up_H5927 to offer_H2076 sacrifice._H2077

8: And behind_H0310 the doors_H1817 and their posts_H4201 You have set up_H7760 your remembrance-_H2146 for_H3588 than Me_H0853 you have uncovered yourself [to those other]_H1540 and have gone up to them-_H5927 You have enlarged_H7337 your bed,_H4904 and made [a covenant]_H3772 them_H1992 You have loved_H0157 their bed_H4904 where_H3027 you saw [their] nudity._H2372

9: And You went_H7788 to the king_H4428 with ointment,_H8081 and increased_H7235 your perfumes,_H7547 and You sent_H7971 your messengers_H6735 even to,_H5704 far off_H7350 and [even] descended_H8213 to_H5704 Sheol._H7585

10: In the length_H7230 of your way-_H1870 You are wearied_H3021 not,_H3808 [Yet] you did say_H0559 there is no hope-_H2976 the life_H2416 of your hand-_H3027 You have found_H4672 upon_H5921 thus_H3651 not_H3808 you were grieved._H2470

11: And_H0853 [of] whom_H4310 have you been afraid_H1672 or feared,_H3372 that_H3588 you have lied,_H3576 and Me_H0853 not_H3808 remembered_H2142 nor_H3808 taken [it]_H7760 to_H5921 your heart?_H3820 is it not_H3808 [because] I_H0589 have held My peace_H2814 and from of old,_H5769 that Me_H0853 not_H3808 you do fear?_H3372

12: I_H0589 will declare_H5046 your righteousness,_H6666 and_H0853 your works-_H4639 for not_H3808 they will profit you._H3276

13: When you cry out,_H2199 let deliver you_H5337 your collection [of idols]_H6899 but_H0853 them all_H3605 will carry away_H5375 the wind_H7307 will take [them]_H3947 a breath_H1892 but he who puts his trust_H2620 shall possess_H5157 the land,_H0776 and shall inherit_H3423 mountain-_H2022 My holy._H6944

14: And one shall say,_H0559 Heap it up_H5549 Heap it up,_H5549 Prepare_H6437 the way,_H1870 take_H7311 the stumbling block_H4383 out of the way_H1870 of My people._H5971

15: For_H3588 thus_H3541 says_H0559 the High_H7311 and Lofty one_H5375 who inhabits_H7931 eternity,_H5703 and Holy-_H6918 whose name [is]_H8034 in the high_H4791 and holy [place]_H6918 I dwell_H7931 and with_H0854 him [who] has a contrite_H1793 and humble_H8217 spirit,_H7307 to revive_H2421 the spirit_H7307 of the humble,_H8217 and to revive_H2421 the heart_H3820 of the contrite ones._H1792

16: For_H3588 not_H3808 forever,_H5769 I will contend_H7378 nor_H3808 always_H5331 will I be angry_H7107 for_H3588 the spirit_H7307 before Me_H6440 would fail_H5848 and the souls_H5397 [which] I_H0589 have made._H6213

17: For the iniquity_H5771 of his covetousness_H1215 I was angry,_H7107 and struck him_H5221 I hid_H5641 and was angry,_H7107 and he went on_H1980 backsliding_H7726 in the way_H1870 of his heart._H3820

18: His ways,_H1870 I have seen_H7200 and will heal him_H7495 and I will lead him_H5148 and restore_H7999 comforts_H5150 and to his mourners._H0057

19: I create_H1254 the fruit of_H5108 the lips-_H8193 Peace,_H7965 peace_H7965 to [him who is] far off,_H7350 and to [him who is] near,_H7138 says_H0559 Yahweh-_H3068 and I will heal him._H7495

20: But the wicked [are]_H7563 like the sea,_H3220 troubled_H1644 when_H3588 rest,_H8252 cannot_H3808 it_H3201 and cast up_H1644 Whose waters_H4325 mire_H7516 and dirt._H2916

21: [There is] no_H0369 peace,_H7965 says_H0559 my God,_H0430 for the wicked._H7563
