3: IfH0518 has risenH2224 the sunH8121 on him,H5921 [there shall be] guiltH1818 FullH7999 He should make restitution-H7999 ifH0518 has nothingH0369 then he shall be soldH4376 for his theft.H1591

4: IfH0518 surelyH4672 is foundH4672 in his handH3027 the theft,H1591 whether it is an ox,H7794 orH5704 donkey,H2543 orH5704 sheep,H7716 alivH2416 doubleH8147 he shall restore.H7999

5: IfH3588 causes to be grazedH1197 a manH0376 a fieldH7704 orH0176 vineyard,H3754 and lets looseH7971 -H0853 his animal,H1165 and it feedsH1197 in fieldH7704 of another manH0312 from the bestH4315 of his own field,H7704 and the bestH4315 of his own vineyard,H3754 he shall make restitution.H7999

6: IfH3588 breaks out,H3318 fireH0784 and catchesH4672 in thorns,H6975 so that is consumedH0398 stacked grain,H1430 orH0176 standing grain,H7054 orH0176 the field,H7704 surelyH7999 shall make restitution.H7999 He who kindledH1197 -H0853 the fire.H1200

7: IfH3588 deliversH5414 a manH0376 toH0413 his neighborH7453 moneyH3701 orH0176 articlesH3627 to keep,H8104 and it is stolenH1589 out of houseH1004 of the manH0376 ifH0518 is foundH4672 the thief,H1590 he shall payH7999 double.H8147

8: IfH0518 notH3808 is foundH4672 the thief,H1590 then shall be broughtH7126 the masterH1167 of the houseH1004 toH0413 the judges,H0430 -H0518 [to see] whetherH3808 he has putH7971 his handH3027 into goodsH4399 of his neighbor.H7453

11: [then] an oathH7621 of YahwehH3068 shall beH1961 betweenH0996 the two of them,H8147 thatH0518 notH3808 he has putH7971 his handH3027 into goodsH4399 of his neighbor,H7453 and shall accept [that]H3947 the owner of itH1167 and notH3808 he shall make [it] good.H7999

12: But ifH0518 in factH1589 it is stolenH1589 from him,H5973 he shall make restitutionH7999 to the owner of it.H1167

13: IfH0518 to piecesH2963 it is torn [by a beast],H2963 [then] he shall bring itH0935 as evidenceH5707 what was torn.H2966 NotH3808 [and] he shall make good.H7999

14: And ifH3588 borrows [anything]H7592 a manH0376 fromH5973 his neighbor,H7453 and it becomes injured,H7665 orH0176 dies,H4191 the owner of itH1167 not,H0369 [being] with itH5973 surelyH7999 he shall make [it] good.H7999

15: IfH0518 its owner [was]H1167 with it,H5973 notH3808 he shall make [it] good-H7999 ifH0518 [was] hiredH7916 it,H1931 cameH0935 for its hire.H7939

16: And ifH3588 enticesH6601 a manH0376 a virginH1330 whoH0834 notH3808 is betrothed,H0781 and liesH7901 with her,H5973 surelyH4117 he shall pay the bride-priceH4117 for her [to be] his wife.H0802
