 Therefore saidH0559 the kingH4428 why [is]H4069 your faceH6440 sad,H7451 since you [are]H0859 notH0369 sick?H2470 nothingH0369 this [is]H2088 forH3588 butH0518 sorrowH7455 of heart.H3820 So I became afraid,H3372 dreadfullyH7235 then I was very.H3966

 And saidH0559 to the king,H4428 the kingH4428 forever.H5769 May liveH2421 whyH4069 notH3808 should be sad,H7489 my faceH6440 whenH0834 the city,H5892 the placeH1004 of tombs,H6913 my fathers'H0001 [lies] wasteH2717 and its gatesH8179 are burnedH0398 with fire?H0784

 and saidH0559 the kingH4428 uponH5921 whatH4100 [is] this [that]H2088 youH0859 request?H1245 so I prayedH6419 toH0413 the GodH0430 of heaven.H8064

 And I saidH0559 to the king,H4428 ifH0518 onH5921 the king,H4428 it pleasesH2895 and ifH0518 has found favorH3190 your servantH5650 in your sight,H6440 I ask thatH0834 you send meH7971 toH0413 Judah,H3063 toH0413 the cityH5892 of tombs,H6913 my fathers'H0001 that I may rebuild it.H1129

 And saidH0559 the kingH4428 and the queenH7694 sittingH3427 beside himH0681 even toH5704 how longH4970 will be?H1961 your journeyH4109 and whenH4970 will you return?H7725 so it pleasedH3190 acceptH6440 the kingH4428 and to send meH7971 and I setH5414 a time.H2165

 And Furthermore I saidH0559 to the king,H4428 ifH0518 onH5921 the king,H4428 it pleasesH2895 let lettersH0107 be givenH5414 forH5921 the governors [of the region]H6346 beyondH5676 the River,H5104 thatH0834 they must permit me to pass throughH5674 untilH5704 tillH0834 I comeH0935 toH0413 Judah-H3063

 and a letterH0107 toH0413 AsaphH0623 the keeperH8104 forest,H6508 thatH0834 of the kingH4428 thatH0834 he must giveH5414 timberH6086 to make beamsH7136 forH0853 the gatesH8179 of the citadelH1002 which [pertains]H0834 to the temple,H1004 for the wallH2346 city,H5892 for the houseH1004 thatH0834 I will occupyH0935 into.H0413 And granted [them]H5414 the kingH4428 according to handH3027 of my GodH0430 the goodH2896 upon me.H5921

 And when heard [of it]H8085 SanballatH5571 the Horonite,H2772 and TobiahH2900 official,H5650 the Ammonite,H5984 and were disturbedH7489 theyH1992 exceedinglyH7451 deeplyH1419 thatH0834 had comeH0935 a manH0120 to seekH1245 the well-beingH2896 of the sonsH1121 of Israel.H3478

 So I cameH0935 toH0413 Jerusalem,H3389 and wasH1961 thereH8033 daysH3117 three.H7969

 So IH1961 went upH5927 by the valley,H5158 in the nightH3915 andH1961 viewedH7663 the wall,H2346 then I turned back,H7725 and enteredH0935 by the GateH8179 Valley,H1516 so returned.H7725

 And I toldH5046 -H0853 of the handH3027 of my GodH0430 whichH0834 wasH1931 goodH2896 upon meH5921 and alsoH0637 of wordsH1697 of the kingH4428 thatH0834 he had spokenH0559 so they said,H0559 let us rise upH6965 and build.H1129 And they setH2388 their handsH3027 to [this] good [work].H2896

 But when heard [of it]H8085 SanballatH5571 the Horonite,H2772 and TobiahH2900 the official,H5650 Ammonite,H5984 and GeshemH1654 the Arab,H6163 and they laughed,H3932 and despisedH0959 usH5921 and said,H0559 what [is]H4100 thingH1697 thisH2088 thatH0834 youH0859 are doing?H6213 will againstH5921 the king?H4428 youH0859 rebel.H4775
