14: And when they had finishedH3615 they broughtH0935 beforeH6440 the kingH4428 and Jehoiada,H3077 -H0853 the restH7605 of the moneyH3701 and they made from itH6213 articlesH3627 for the houseH1004 of Yahweh,H3068 articlesH3627 for serving,H8335 and offeringH5927 and spoons,H3709 and vesselsH3627 of goldH2091 and silver.H3701 And theyH1961 offeredH5927 burnt offeringsH5930 in the houseH1004 of YahwehH3068 continuallyH8548 allH3605 the daysH3117 of Jehoiada.H3077
15: But grew old,H2204 JehoiadaH3077 and was fullH7646 of daysH3117 and he died-H4191 oldH1121 a hundredH3967 and thirtyH7970 [he was] years oldH8141 when he died.H4194
16: And they buried himH6912 in the CityH5892 of DavidH1732 amongH5973 the kings,H4428 becauseH3588 he had doneH6213 goodH2896 in Israel,H3478 and both towardH5973 God,H0430 and His house.H1004
17: And afterH0310 the deathH4194 of JehoiadaH3077 cameH0935 the leadersH8269 of Judah,H3063 and bowed downH7812 to the king.H4428 ThenH0227 listenedH8085 the kingH4428 to them.H0413
18: Therefore they leftH5800 -H0853 the houseH1004 of YahwehH3068 GodH0430 of their fathers,H0001 and servedH5647 -H0853 wooden imagesH0842 andH0853 idols-H6091 and cameH1961 wrathH7110 uponH5921 JudahH3063 and JerusalemH3389 because of their trespassH0819 this.H2063
19: And yet He sentH7971 prophetsH5030 to bring them backH7725 toH0413 Yahweh-H3068 and they testifiedH5749 but notH3808 they would listen.H0238
20: And the SpiritH7307 of GodH0430 came uponH3847 -H0853 ZechariahH2148 sonH1121 of JehoiadaH3077 the priest,H3548 and who stoodH5975 uponH5921 above the people,H5971 and saidH0559 thusH3541 saysH0559 God,H0430 whyH4100 youH0859 do transgressH5674 -H0853 the commandmentsH4687 of Yahweh,H3068 so that cannotH3808 you prosper?H6743 becauseH3588 you have forsakenH5800 -H0853 Yahweh,H3068 and He has forsakenH5800 you.H0853
21: So they conspiredH7194 against himH5921 and they stoned himH7275 with stonesH0068 at the commandH4687 of the kingH4428 in the courtH2691 of the houseH1004 of Yahweh.H3068
22: Thus notH3808 did rememberH2142 JoashH3101 the kingH4428 the kindnessH2617 whichH0834 had doneH6213 JehoiadaH3077 his fatherH0001 to himH5973 but killedH2026 -H0853 his son.H1121 And as he died,H4191 he said,H0559 look on [it]H7200 YahwehH3068 and repay.H1875
23: So it came to passH1961 in the springH8622 of the year,H8141 [that] came upH5927 against himH5921 the armyH2426 of SyriaH0758 and they cameH0935 toH0413 JudahH3063 and Jerusalem,H3389 and destroyedH7843 -H0853 allH3605 the leadersH8269 of the peopleH5971 from among the people,H5971 and allH3605 their spoilH7998 sentH7971 to the kingH4428 of Damascus.H1834

26: And theseH0428 are the ones who conspiredH7194 against himH5921 ZabadH2066 the son ofH1121 ShimeathH8100 the AmmonitessH5985 and JehozabadH3075 sonH1121 of ShimrithH8116 the Moabitess.H4125
27: And [concerning] his sons,H1121 the greatnessH7230 oraclesH4853 about himH5921 and the repairingH3247 of the houseH1004 of God,H0430 indeed theyH2005 [are] writtenH3789 inH5921 the annalsH4097 of the bookH5612 of the kings.H4428 And reignedH4427 AmaziahH0558 his sonH1121 in his place.H8478
