3: And he gaveH5414 day,H3117 thatH1931 a signH4159 saying,H0559 this [is]H2088 the signH4159 whichH0834 has spoken-H1696 YahwehH3068 surelyH2009 the altarH4196 shall be split apart,H7167 and shall poured out.H8210 The ashesH1880 thatH0834 on it.H5921
4: So it came to pass,H1961 when heardH8085 KingH4428 -H0853 the sayingH1697 of the manH0376 of God,H0430 whoH0834 cried outH7121 againstH5921 the altarH4196 Bethel,H1008 that he stretched outH7971 JeroboamH3379 -H0853 his handH3027 fromH5921 the altar,H4196 saying,H0559 Arrest himH8610 and withered,H3001 his hand,H3027 whichH0834 he stretched outH7971 toward himH5921 so that notH3808 he couldH3201 pull it backH7725 to himself.H0413
5: And the altarH4196 was split apart,H7167 and poured outH8210 the ashesH1880 fromH4480 the altar,H4196 according to the signH4159 whichH0834 had givenH5414 the manH0376 of GodH0430 by the wordH1697 of Yahweh.H3068
6: And answeredH6030 the kingH4428 and saidH0559 toH0413 the manH0376 of God,H0430 please entreatH2470 nowH4994 -H0853 the favorH6440 of YahwehH3068 your God,H0430 and prayH6419 for meH1157 that may be restoredH7725 my handH3027 to me.H0413 So entreatedH2470 the manH0376 of GodH0430 -H0853 before the face ofH6440 YahwehH3068 and was restored,H7725 handH3027 of the kingH4428 to him,H0413 and becameH1961 as before.H7223
7: And saidH1696 the kingH4428 toH0413 the manH0376 of God,H0430 comeH0935 with meH0854 homeH1004 and refresh yourselfH5582 and I will giveH5414 a reward.H4991

11: And prophetH5030 anH0259 oldH2205 dweltH3427 Bethel-H1008 and cameH0935 his sonsH1121 and toldH5608 -H0853 allH3605 the worksH4639 thatH0834 had doneH6213 the manH0376 of GodH0430 that dayH3117 Bethel-H1008 -H0853 the wordsH1697 whichH0834 he had spokenH1696 toH0413 the king,H4428 and they toldH5608 their father.H0001

15: And he saidH0559 to himH0413 comeH1980 with meH0854 homeH1004 and eatH0398 bread.H3899
16: And he said,H0559 notH3808 I cannotH3201 returnH7725 with youH0854 nor go inH0935 with youH0854 and neitherH3808 can I eatH0398 breadH3899 norH3808 drinkH8354 with youH0854 waterH4325 in placeH4725 this.H2088
17: ForH3588 have been toldH1697 IH0413 by the word ofH1697 YahwehH3069 notH3808 You shall eatH0398 breadH3899 norH3808 drinkH8354 there,H8033 waterH4325 norH3808 returnH7725 by goingH1980 the wayH1870 thatH0834 you cameH1980
18: And He saidH0559 tooH1571 I [am]H0589 a prophetH5030 as you [are]H3644 and an angelH4397 spokeH1696 to meH0413 by the wordH1697 of Yahweh,H3068 saying,H0559 bring him backH7725 with youH0854 toH0413 your house,H1004 that he may eatH0398 breadH3899 and drinkH8354 waterH4325 He was lyingH3584
19: So he went backH7725 with himH0854 and ateH0398 breadH3899 in his house,H1004 and drankH8354 water.H4325
20: And it came to pass,H1961 as theyH1992 satH3427 atH0413 the table,H7979 that cameH1961 the wordH1697 of YahwehH3068 toH0413 the prophetH5030 whoH0834 had brought him back-H7725
21: and he cried outH7121 toH0413 the manH0376 of GodH0430 whoH0834 cameH0935 from Judah,H3063 saying,H0559 thusH3541 saysH0559 Yahweh,H3068 becauseH3282 becauseH3588 you have disobeyedH4784 the wordH6310 of Yahweh,H3068 and notH3808 have keptH8104 -H0853 the commandmentH4687 whichH0834 commanded youH6680 YahwehH3068 your God.H0430
22: But you came back,H7725 and ateH0398 breadH3899 and drankH8354 waterH4325 in the place,H4725 of whichH0834 [the $Lord] saidH1696 to youH0413 noH0408 EatH0398 bread,H3899 and noH0408 drinkH8354 water-H4325 notH3808 shall comeH0935 your corpseH5038 toH0413 the tombH6913 of your fathers'.H0001

24: And when he was gone,H1980 and met himH4672 a lionH0738 on the road,H1870 and killed himH4191 and wasH1961 his corpseH5038 thrownH7993 on the road,H1870 and the donkeyH2543 stoodH5975 by itH0681 and the lionH0738 stoodH5975 byH0681 the corpse.H5038

27: And he spokeH1696 toH0413 his sons,H1121 saying,H0559 SaddleH2280 -H0853 the donkeyH2543 so they saddled [it].H2280
28: And he wentH1980 and foundH4672 -H0853 his corpseH5038 thrownH7993 on the road,H1870 and the donkeyH2543 and the lionH0738 standingH5975 byH0681 the corpse-H5038 notH3808 had eatenH0398 the lionH0738 -H0853 the corpse,H5038 norH3808 tornH7665 -H0853 the donkey.H2543
29: And took upH5375 the prophetH5030 -H0853 the corpseH5038 of the manH0376 of God,H0430 and laid itH3240 onH0413 the donkey,H2543 and brought it back-H7725 so cameH0935 toH0413 the city,H5892 the prophetH5030 oldH2205 to mournH5594 and to bury him.H6912
30: And he laidH3240 -H0853 the corpseH5038 in his own tomb-H6913 and they mournedH5594 over himH5921 [saying] Alas,H1945 my brother!H0251

32: ForH3588 surelyH1961 will come to pass.H1961 The sayingH1697 whichH0834 he cried outH7121 by the wordH1697 of YahwehH3068 againstH5921 the altarH4196 thatH0834 Bethel,H1008 and againstH5921 allH3605 the shrines onH1004 the high placesH1116 which [are]H0834 in the citiesH5892 of Samaria,H8111
33: afterH0310 eventH1697 thisH2088 notH3808 did turnH7725 JeroboamH3379 from his wayH1870 evilH7451 but againH7725 and he madeH6213 from every classH7098 of peopleH5971 priests forH3548 the high places-H1116 whoever wished,H2655 he consecratedH4390 -H0853 himH3027 and he becameH1961 [one] of the priestsH3548 of the high places.H1116
34: And wasH1961 thingH1697 thisH2088 the sinH2403 of the houseH1004 of Jeroboam,H3379 so as to exterminate,H3582 and destroy [it]H8045 fromH5921 the faceH6440 of the earth.H0127
