2: the Spirit_H7307 of Yahweh_H3068 spoke_H1696 and His word [was]_H4405 on_H5921 my tongue._H3956

3: Said,_H0559 the God_H0430 of Israel_H3478 spoke_H1696 the Rock_H6697 of Israel_H3478 He who rules_H4910 over men_H0120 [must be] just,_H6662 Ruling_H4910 in the fear_H3374 of God._H0430
