1: Concerning_G4012 now_G1161 the things_G3588 sacrificed to idols,_G1494 we know_G1492 indeed_G3754 all_G3956 knowledge_G1108 we have._G2192 -_G3588 Knowledge_G1108 puffs up,_G5448 -_G3588 but_G1161 love_G0026 builds up._G3618

2: If_G1487 anyone_G5100 thinks_G1380 to have known_G1097 anything,_G5100 not yet_G3768 does he know_G1097 as_G2531 it is necessary_G1163 to know._G1097

3: If_G1487 however_G1161 anyone_G5100 loves_G0025 -_G3588 God,_G2316 he_G3778 is known_G1097 by_G5259 Him._G0846

4: Concerning_G4012 the_G3588 eating_G1035 therefore_G3767 of the_G3588 things sacrificed to idols,_G1494 we know_G1492 that_G3754 nothing_G3762 an idol_G1497 [is] in_G1722 [the] world,_G2889 and_G2532 that [there is]_G3754 no_G3762 God,_G2316 if_G1487 not_G3361 one._G1520

5: Even_G2532 truly_G1063 if indeed_G1512 there are_G1510 [those] called_G3004 gods,_G2316 whether_G1535 in_G1722 heaven_G3772 or_G1535 on_G1909 earth,_G1093 as_G5618 there are_G1510 gods_G2316 many,_G4183 and_G2532 lords_G2962 many,_G4183

6: yet_G0235 to us_G1473 [there is] one_G1520 God,_G2316 the_G3588 Father,_G3962 of_G1537 whom [are]_G3739 the things_G3588 all,_G3956 and_G2532 we_G1473 for_G1519 Him;_G0846 and_G2532 one_G1520 Lord,_G2962 Jesus_G2424 Christ,_G5547 by_G1223 whom [are]_G3739 the things_G3588 all,_G3956 and_G2532 we_G1473 through_G1223 Him._G0846

8: Food_G1033 however_G1161 us_G1473 not_G3756 will commend_G3936 to_G3588 God;_G2316 neither_G3777 if_G1437 not_G3361 we should eat_G5315 do we come short,_G5302 nor_G3777 if_G1437 not_G3361 we should eat_G5315 have we an advantage._G4052

9: Be careful_G0991 however,_G1161 lest_G3361 somehow_G4459 the_G3588 right_G1849 of you_G4771 this_G3778 an occasion of stumbling_G4348 becomes_G1096 to those_G3588 being weak._G0772

10: If_G1437 for_G1063 anyone_G5100 sees_G3708 you,_G4771 -_G3588 having_G2192 knowledge,_G1108 in_G1722 an idol’s temple_G1493 eating,_G2621 not_G3780 the_G3588 conscience_G4893 of him_G0846 weak_G0772 being,_G1510 will be built up,_G3618 so as_G1519 the_G3588 things_G3588 sacrificed to idols_G1494 to eat?_G2068

11: Is destroyed_G0622 for_G1063 the [one]_G3588 being weak_G0770 through_G1722 -_G3588 your_G4674 knowledge,_G1108 the_G3588 brother_G0080 for_G1223 whom_G3739 Christ_G5547 died._G0599

12: Thus_G3779 then_G1161 sinning_G0264 against_G1519 the_G3588 brothers_G0080 and_G2532 wounding_G5180 their_G0846 -_G3588 conscience_G4893 being weak,_G0770 against_G1519 Christ_G5547 you sin._G0264

13: Therefore_G1355 if_G1487 food_G1033 snares_G4624 the_G3588 brother_G0080 of me,_G1473 never_G3756 not_G3361 shall I eat_G5315 meat_G2907 to_G1519 the_G3588 age,_G0165 so that_G2443 not_G3361 the_G3588 brother_G0080 of me_G1473 I might snare._G4624
